城市化与新农村建设动态关系研究

基于动态的视角，从理论上构建了城市化与新农村建设两者的关系模型，指出当模型的前提和假设均成立时。运行的结果就是城乡之间的良性互动；反之且不加修正就会产生抵触，扩大城乡差异。当前中国国情与模型理想化运行的前提和假设尚存在差距，表现在政府、市场对资源的配置效率上。建议强化以促进效率与公平为目标的政府改革、金融体制改革并切实推进新型工业化战略以促进城市化与新农村建设的互动。

On the Dynamic Relationship between Urbanization and New Rural Construction
