| 摘 要： | 再保险制度是保险业中的极其重要的组成部分,在某种程度上足以左右保险事业的健康发展。本文通过对我国与世界再保险制度现状进行比较,从法律完善角度提出几点建议,以期对完善我国的再保险制度起到抛砖引玉的作用。
