摘    要:文章从企业伦理的视角,通过理论分析和实践证明,阐述了不同道德企业的基本特征。并进一步阐明企业与消费者之间特有的消费伦理关系,认为只有双方在充分理解了的基础上,才能使消费关系越趋和谐。文章进一步强调企业伦理的核心是包括对消费者的社会责任,通过对企业伦理道德缺失因素的分析,认为伦理与道德的完善,将有效推动企业履行对消费者的社会责任。

Abstract:With theoretical analysis and practical evidence, this article makes an analysis of the different enterprises' ethics values. It also elaborates the unique ethical relationship between businesses and consumers, holding that the relationship between enterprises and consumers could become more harmonious only on a basis of mutual understanding. In addition, the paper emphasizes that corporation social responsibility be included in the core of the business morality. Through the analysis of the missing elements of enterprise ethics, this article suggests that ethical and moral perfection would effectively promote the enterprises to fulfill social responsibility for consumers.
