案例教学法在《法律基础》课教学中的运

摘    要:笔者通过在<法律基础>课教学中运用案例教学法,体会到缺乏案例参与的法律教育是不完整的,<法律基础>课宜采用案例教学法.案例教学法有利于理论与实际相结合,知识传授与能力培养相结合,能够使教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用有机结合,是真正能够使学生了解和掌握法律精神以及法律规则如何操作和运用的重要方法.

Abstract:I pass and use the case teaching methodology in the lesson teaching of "legal foundation" it is incomplete that the law of realizing the case of lacking and is participate(l in is educated "legal foundation lesson should adopt the case teaching methodology. The case teaching methodology helps the theory to he combined with reality, knowledge is taught and trains combining together with ability, can make the teacher' s leading role combine with students' subject function organically, can really make students understand and know legal spirit and important method how the legal rule operate it and use.
