中国失地农民问题研究:主题转换与未来走向

中国失地农民问题发生着由生存矛盾到发展矛盾的内在演变，相关研究因此而在不同阶段转换所关注的主题。但目前研究的基调仍主要定位在“保护弱者”的单一立场，研究的视点多投射于失地农民之所“失”。失地农民问题后续研究如果要进入以探讨失地农民发展问题为主的新阶段，如何让失地农民分享城市化成果而于城市化过程有所“得”是研究者拓新专题和拓展视角的重要指引。研究发现，失地农民的发展问题将着眼于其城市生活空间公平的获得。帮助失地农民在城市构筑能满足其就业、收入与保障需要，并享受公平、正义与福利条件的新生活空间或许是解决其发展问题的关键。

On Landless Farmers' Problems: Subject Transformation and Research Trend

The landless farmers＇ problems in China are transforming from the survival problems to the development problems. Thus, the relevant studies are also transferred to focus on different subjects in different stages. At present, most researches are mainly concerned about how to protect the weak and their main attentions are paid to the landless-farmers＇ ＂loss＂ during the urbanization in China. The further research on this problem will try to find out how to make the landless farmers share the achievements of urbanization once entering the new stage aimed at exploring their development problems. The finding is that the crux of the matter of development is to meet their needs for job, income, social security and offers them a new city life space with fairness, justice and welfare.
