大学与创意城市发展共生系统的建构

大学与城市发展关系是教育学、经济学、管理学、社会学等多学科较为关注的共同学术命题.在大学与城市发展过程中两者形成了一种互动共生关系,一方面大学不仅为城市发展提供智力支持,还承担着城市文化的传承与创造,另一方面城市发展不仅为大学提供办学空间、办学资源,还为大学提供广阔的创业就业舞台.同样,大学作为人才集聚场所,不仅承担着人才的培养,而且还承担创意城市发展的历史使命与担当.基于此,从共生背景、共生单元以及共生模式等视角,努力重组大学的学术组织,寻求大学与创意城市发展之间的均衡发展模式,探索并构建大学与创意城市发展的共生系统,从而促进创意城市和谐发展.

Construction of the Symbiotic System of University and Creative City

The relationship between university and the development of city is one of the concerns of many disciplines, such as pedagogy, economics, management, sociology and so on. An interactive symbiosis forms between university and city during the process of their development. On the one hand, university not only provides intellectual support for the development of city, but also shoulders the responsibility of cultural inheritance and creation. On the other hand, the development of city provides university with space, resources and a large stage for employment or starting business. Therefore, university not only has the responsibility of talents cultivation, but shoulders the historical mission to develop creative city. This paper suggests, from the perspectives of symbiotic background, symbiotic unit, symbiotic model, etc, strengthening efforts to reorganize academic organizations in university, searching for a balanced model of development between university and creative city, exploring and constructing the symbiotic system of university and creative city so as to promote the harmonious development of creative city.
