| 摘 要： | 贸易保护主义是长期存在于世界贸易领域内阻碍贸易进行的一种重要壁垒。新型贸易保护主义打着技术、环保的旗号掩盖了其本身的不公平性，非但没有向自由贸易迈进，反而可能使得贸易壁垒更加严重。新贸易保护主义主要表现在技术性贸易壁垒、绿色贸易壁垒、碳关税的征收以及限制性采购政策等几个方面，对此我们应该制定适合我国国情的技术标准，树立品牌效应，加大推广ISO14000国际标准认证，保持人民币汇率稳定以及推进电子商务的发展等措施来积极应对。

| Abstract: | Trade protectionism is a trade barrier widely existing in the world. New trade protectionism disguises its unfairness in the name of technology or environmental protection. New trade protectionism is mainly manifested in TBT, GTB, levy upon carbon customs duties and restrictive procurement policies. To cope with this, we should make suitable technical standards for our state, build up our own brands, promote ISO14000 standard, keep a stable exchange rate of RMB and promote the development of e-commerce. |
