| 摘 要： | 完善的科技开发与应用激励机制对我国农业科技进步具有积极促进作用。美国、法国和澳大利亚等发达国家的科技开发与应用激励机制已较为完善,其中税收减免、知识产权保护、政府采购、科技投资和奖励制度等五个方面在科技开发与应用激励机制中占有重要作用。对发达国家的成功模式进行分析和经验总结,可为促进我国新农村建设机制完善提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | A perfect incentive mechanism of technological research and development has a positive role in promoting the progress of agricultural science and technology.The incentive mechanism of technological research and development has proved successful in America,France and Australia,among which deductions and exemptions of taxes,intellectual property protection,government procurement,technological investment,and incentive system play an important role.By analyzing the incentive mechanism of technological research and development of the developed countries,we can get valuable experience for improving China’s new rural construction mechanism. |
