| 摘 要： | 高知群体在高校各项事业的科学发展中发挥着重要作用,高知群体党建工作是新时期高校党建工作的重要内容。结合实证调查分析,针对当前高知群体的思想政治状况和党建工作中存在的问题及产生的原因,高校要从增强原动力、吸引力、生命力和战斗力四个方面,着力构建"四力"合一的高知群体党建工作机制。

| Abstract: | Senior intellectual community plays an important role in the scientific development of colleges and universities.The party construction work of this group is an important content of communist party construction of China at present.In view of the current existing problems in the work and their causes,it is argued that a working mechanism for party construction should be established by strengthening the impulsion,attraction,vitality and fighting capacity of the communist party. |
