摘    要:从主要农业投入角度,根据不同的碳排放途径对安徽省的碳排放量进行了估算。在此基础上,从自然资源、农用化学物资以及生态环境资源等方面论证了安徽省农业发展方式低碳化的必要性。并对安徽省农业固碳、节碳的能力进行了分析。通过研究发现,化肥、农业灌溉、农药是安徽省农业最主要的碳源。水资源、土地、森林等自然资源稀缺,农用化学物资量大、低效的使用以及农业废弃物循环利用率低等因素使得安徽省发展节水、节地和节能的低碳农业十分必要。安徽省在农田土壤系统以及秸秆综合利用方面具有一定的固碳、节碳潜力,可以促进农业低碳化的发展。

Abstract:This article estimates the carbon emissions in Anhui Province according to different carbon release approaches.On this basis,it demonstrates the necessity of low-carbon agricultural development in Anhui from the aspects of natural resources,agricultural chemical inputs and ecological environment resources.Meanwhile,this article analyses the development capability of C-sequestration and less carbon emissions of Anhui Province.Through the study,it can be concluded that fertilizers,irrigation and pesticides are the most important sources of carbon.Scarcity of water resources,land,forests and other natural resources,inefficient chemical inputs and low rate of agricultural waste recycling make it very necessary for Anhui to develop low-carbon agriculture.Anhui Province has potential for C-sequestration and less carbon emissions in farmland soil system and comprehensive utilization of straw,as can promote the development of low-carbon agriculture.
