| 摘 要： | 理念是行动的先导，要理解乡村治理的变化，必须研究乡村治理理念的转变。中国乡村治理理念的变化并非无关联性，传统的治理理念对近现代的治理理念有着重要的影响；国家政权建构的实践正在影响着中国乡村的治理理念，中国乡村的治理理念的继承性又使得中国的现代化国家政权的建构具有自身的特点。

| Abstract: | Ideas guide our conduct. If we want to grasp the change of rural governance, we must study the change of ideas about rural governance. The author thinks the changes of ideas about rural governance are interrelated. The traditional rural governance ideas play a great role in modern times. Meantime the author thinks practice on state regime-building is exerting influence on Chinese rural governance ideas in modern times. The inheritance of Chinese rural governance ideas also makes modern state regime-building in China have its own characteristics. |
