| 摘 要： | 发展农业循环经济是缓解我国农业资源短缺，保护环境，实现可持续发展的客观要求，也是全面建设小康社会，实现农业经济增长方式转变的必然选择。农业循环经济的发展对农业科技水平提出了更高的要求，而我国现有的科技支撑体系无法满足农业循环经济发展的需要。论文立足于这一现实，阐述建立农业循环经济科技支撑体系的必要性及我国农业科技发展的现状，提出相应的保障措施。
