论我国法律硕士的职业化教育改革

我国的法律硕士教育经过十多年的发展，已与最初设置该教育模式的初衷越来越远，因此，改革法律硕士教育机制已成当务之急。我国的法律硕士教育应定位于为构建法律共同体输送职业法律人的功能上，因此，需扩大法律硕士的培养范围，建立法律硕士教育与司法考试制度的对接，构建法律硕士教育的专业机构，实现法律硕士培养的规模化和专业化。
