| 摘 要： | 新形势下贯彻落实江泽民同志"以德治国"的思想,应全面深刻地理解"以德治国"的理论基础、现实意义;在建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中,要进一步弘扬中华民族优良传统道德,积极构建社会主义新道德体系,把以德治国与依法治国紧密结合起来.

| Abstract: | It is important to fully understand t he theoretical basis and practical s ignificance in the light of implemen ting the strat-egy of running our country with morals put forward by Comrade Jiang Ze -min in the new situation.During the course of building our socialist economic system,we ought to further develop the tradi tional Chinese morals,in the construction of new socialist moral system,so as to administer our country with t he mutual complement of morals and law. |
