| 摘 要： | 在建设社会主义新农村的实践中，如何培育“讲道德、有文化、懂技术、会经营、守法纪”的新型女农民．使她们成为新农村建设的实践者、推动者和受益者，是当前我们面临的一项重大而紧迫的历史任务。我们必须全面把握新型女农民的内涵，针对当前新型女农民培育工作中存在的主要问题，培育适应社会主义新农村建设需要的新型女农民。

| Abstract: | On the course of constructing a new socialist countryside, it's an important and urgent task for us to face at present is how to nurture new "virtuous, literacy, skillful, business-minded, disciplined" farmers and make them be practitioner, promoter and beneficiaries. We should grasp connotation of new female farmers and nurture new farmers to meet the need of new socialist countryside construction, which deals with main problems in the work of cultivating new female farmer. |
