合肥环巢湖红色文化资源的优化整合与开发利用

红色文化资源天然地具有理想信念的导向功能以及历史印证、文明传承、经济开发等不可取代的价值功能.合肥环巢湖沿线红色资源十分丰富,充分地挖掘和利用,可以发挥红色资源的独特作用.第一,通过对环巢湖红色文化资源的分布、整合、优化研究,科学开发、优选出一批具有区域特色的思想政治教育实践教学基地,实现红色文化资源与高校"恩政课"教学的有机结合.第二,通过整合红色资源和绿色、古色等资源,开发红色旅游和生态文化、休闲旅游,实现红色文化资源与区域经济社会协调发展的有机结合.

Optimization,Integration, Development and Utilization of Hefei Red Cultural Resources Circling around the Chaohu Lake

Red culture resources have a guidance function in the promotion of the development of ideality and faith among people, and they also have an irreplaceable value function in history confirmation, civilization inheritance and economy development. Hefei is known for its abundant red cultural resources, especially the area circling around the Chaohu Lake. We might give full play to the role of these resources if careful excavation and utilization are undertaken. First, we need to study the distribution, optimization and integration of the resources in the area, select and develop, in a scientific way, a series of practical teaching base of ideological and political education with local characteristics so as to combine the development of red cultural resources with the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges. Second, we need to integrate red, green and ancient resources, and develop red tourism, ecological culture and leisure tourism so as to combine the red cultural resources with the harmonious development of regional economy and society.
