| 摘 要： | 融资困难是当前制约中小企业发展的主要障碍，这一问题能否得到有效解决不仅关系到中小企业的健康发展，更直接影响到中国经济运行的整体质量和既定目标的实现，本文从企业自身及其外部环境分析了中小企业融资困难的各类原因，并就如何改善中小企业融资状况提出了若干对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Hard financing is the main barrier that restrains the development of small and medium- sized enterprises(SMES).Whether this difficult problem can be solved smoothly or not will not only concern SMES' wealthy development but also concern Chinese whole economy.From SMES and their external environment ,this paper clarifies the reasons which caused the problem of present short funds of SMES and also puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve the hard financing state of SMES. |
