| 摘 要： | 毛泽东同志是新中国对外方针政策的主要奠基者。毛泽东外交战略思想及其实践内容丰富、博大精深,蕴涵着深刻的辩证法,是独立自主原则性和策略灵活性的统一。毛泽东外交政策集中反映在既始终不渝地坚持独立自主的原则性,又不断根据形势的变化,从我国的基本国情和国际力量对比的现实出发,调整、确定我国的外交战略,表现出极大的灵活性。

| Abstract: | MAO Ze-dong was the key formulator of PRC's diplomatic policy.MAO's abundant and insightful diplomatic strategy and practice were based on profound dialectics,a unity of independence as a principle and flexible strategy.To be specific,MAO's policy both adhered to the principle of paddling China's own canoe unswervingly and adjusted China's diplomatic strategy according to the ever-diversifying international situations as well as the contrast between China's basic conditions and international powers. |
