| 摘 要： | 马克思主义理论创新都与时代条件密切相关,邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想都是时代的产物.邓小平理论产生于"冷战时代","和平与发展"是那一时代的"两大问题"."三个代表"重要思想形成于"和平与发展为主题的时代",政治格局多极化、经济全球化和科技发展日新月异是其三个显著特点.

| Abstract: | The theoretical innovations of Marxism are all closely related to time background.BEING Xiao - ping's theory and "three represents" were respectively bom in a specific time.The former was born in "the Time of Cold War", whose major problems were "peace and development". "Three Represents" was born in "a time whose themes are peace and de-vopment", which was characteristic of multi - polarization of political situations, economic globalization, and swift development of science and technology. |
