| 摘 要： | 随着经济和社会的发展,企业社会责任问题日益受到人们的关注,许多学者对此进行了广泛研究与讨论,也引起了很多争论。争论的焦点问题主要集中在两个方面:一是对企业承担社会责任所持的基本态度问题,即企业是否应该承担社会责任;二是关于企业社会责任概念的争论。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of economy and society,corporate social responsibility has attracted more and more attention.It caused the abroad studies and discusses of many scholars and a lot of debates.The debates focus on the following aspects: the foundation standpoint about corporate social responsibility,namely,whether enterprises should assume social responsibility or not;the concept of corporate social responsibility. |
