| 摘 要： | 在西方 ,人文主义教育有着悠久的历史。当代西方人文主义教育思潮主张教育以人为中心 ,促进人的发展 ,培养自我实现的人 ,其主要教育思想是 :教育要尊重人 ,培养“完善的人性”,促进“人的潜能充分发展”;教育者要研究、满足受教育者的需要 ;教育要培养创造型人才 ;以人为中心的教学观。这些教育思想对我国当前教育的借鉴意义和参考价值

| Abstract: | The paper probes to the origin of humanistic approach in the educational system in the west. After analyzing its features and representations, it comes to the conclusion that humanistic approach plays a decisive role in training and producing talents and should be adopted to promote reforms in Chinese educational system. |
