| 摘 要： | 军事人才的素质直接关系到军队现代化建设的成败。邓小平坚持人才的根本标准 ,全面概括了高素质新型军事人才的具体素质要求 ,提出要从政治素质、军事素质、科学素质、身体心理素质入手 ,大力提高广大官兵的军政素质 ,为军队人才建设指明了方向。

| Abstract: | The military personnel's qualities are vital to the modernization of C hina's army. DENG Xiao-ping sticks to the military staff's fundamental demands in the new era and points out the direction of the cultivation of the military s taff. He, with a complete summarization of the indispensable qualities, demands that efforts are supposed to be made to improve the military personnel's politic al, military, scientific, physical, and psychological qualities. |
