| 摘 要： | 积极心理学是20世纪末首先在美国兴起的一股心理学思潮，其研究内容主要集中在主观水平上的积极体验研究、个人水平上的积极人格特质研究、群体水平上的积极组织系统研究三个方面。在积极心理学视野下，当前高校的心理健康教育工作沿袭了消极心理学的模式，应采取观念的变革、方法的提升、关系的重建、体系的完善等措施来进行改进与提高。

| Abstract: | Positive psychology is an ideological trend rising in western countries m late 1900s, it focuses on positive emotion and experiences of subjective feeling, positive traits of personality, and positive organization system of society. In the view of positive psychology, the pattern of mental health education at present in universities is in the guide of pathology psychology, and should be improved and remodeled by changing notions, upgrading methods, rebuilding relations, and improving systems. |
