| 摘 要： | 对房地产投资环境的评价是房地产投资人进行投资决策 ,获得投资效益的重要依据。房地产投资环境评价的指标体系应包括经济环境、基础设施环境、政策法规环境和社会文化环境四大方面 ;优化房地产投资环境应从加大基础设施投入建设良好的“硬环境”、规范和健全房地产市场环境、引导和启动住房消费、依法行政降低房地产开发的非生产性成本等方面入手。
