| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式改革是当前高等院校教学改革的热点,也是深化教学改革的关键。人才培养模式是教育思想与理念、培养目标、培养规格、课程体系和培养过程等要素组成的有机系统。工商管理类本科人才培养模式的构建应在适应社会经济发展的基础上,借鉴国外先进经验,体现自身特点,明确本科层次基本要求以及处理好基本模式与多样化的关系。

| Abstract: | The reform of talent cultivation mode is the hot issue of teaching reforms in colleges and universities as well as the key to deepen teaching reforms. Talent cultivation mode is an organic system that consists of such factors as education thoughts and concepts,cultivation objectives,cultivation standards,course systems,cultivation process,etc.To set up the cultivation mode of undergraduate business talents,based on adapting to social economic development,we should learn foreign advanced experience,show our own characteristics,make clear the basic requests for undergraduate courses,and handle the relation between basic mode and diversification. |
