| 摘 要： | 中国推出的QFII基本框架 ,坚持了“整体设计、循序渐进、稳步展开”的渐进开放模式。在制度安排上 ,利用了QFII向外资渐进开放过程中保持市场各方面平稳过渡的制度创新优势。中国QFII制度的实行 ,对于改善资本市场结构、提高市场效率、加快发展机构投资者、提高上市公司素质等方面有积极作用。

| Abstract: | The fundamental structure of QFII scheme in China follows rules of all-round design and gradual opening-up policy. The authorities would gradually adjust the eligibility criteria, investment quotas and foreign exchange controls, based on the condition of the stock market and opening-up of the capital market, which will ensure the smooth operation of China's capital market. The introduction and further operation of QFII will help the optimization of the structure of capital market, the improvement of efficiency and quality of list company in China's market. |
