| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展是全面建设小康社会的应有之义和本质内容。全面建设小康社会首先要求大力提高人民的物质文化生活水平 ,是一个包括物质文明、精神文明和政治文明在内的、促进人的全面发展的现实目标。而人的全面发展是目标和道路、结果和过程、目的和手段的统一 ,是通过全面建设小康社会而具体体现出来的。全面建设小康社会与人的全面发展互为前提、交互作用 ,共同推动着中国特色社会主义的发展
