| 摘 要： | 当前,县域市场存在主体不成熟,体制机制不灵活,财政支出负效率等问题;同时在利益导向、改革的路径和干部教育等方面存在失误。促进县域经济社会的发展,必须从经济基础和政治的凝聚力两方面着手,提高县域经济的生产力,提高公共财政的效率和政府的服务本领,激活县域经济的活力;把党的建设和经济建设在县域范围内拧在一起,把握政治方向,划清与资本主义的界限,深挖经济的本质,在经济的本质上壮大社会主义,让社会主义的根基牢固。 |

| Abstract: | Currently,economy of country regions is flawed by immature subject,inflexible system,and negative efficiency of finance expenditures.Meanwhile,it has faults in interest orientation,reform path,and cadres’ education.To promote the development of economy of county regions,measures should be taken in terms of economic basis and political cohesiveness.In order to enhance its productivity and animation,the efficiency of public finance and government’s service function should be strengthened.For the correct political direction of developing economy of county economy,political construction and economic construction should be combined.Only in this can the essence of socialism be ensured. |
