基于灰色聚类评估的房地产投资环境因素分析

摘    要:运用灰色系统理论的聚类评估进行房地产投资环境因素的分析,是灰色关联度综合评价对房地产投资环境进行分析择优或对落选方案的进一步分析。通过采用层次分析法、灰色关联分析法、灰色聚类评估等科学的方法进行了方案的评估分析,将最优方案或非最优方案的环境因素进行系统化的定量分析,在选择最优方案的基础上分析了各方案的环境质量高低。

Abstract:Using clustering assessment of grey system theory to analyze environmental factors in real estate investment is the further analysis for the best or unsuccessful program which adopted comprehensive evalu- ation of grey theory to analyze real estate investment environment. In this paper, the grey theory is adopted to analyze the environmental aspects of real estate investments, and analyze the level of environmental quality programs on the basis of choosing the best program. Many scientific methods includng AHP, the Grey Relational Analysis, Grey Clustering Assessment are adopted to assess the program. The systematic quantitative analysis is also carried out to differentiate the optimal solution and non-optimal solution to the environmental factors. Therefore, the aim to optimize and improve the environment and enhance investment potential is achieved.
