| 摘 要： | 分析了我国低碳房地产业的现状,对低碳理念在房地产业中的实践问题进行了具体剖析,从房地产开发的规划设计、开发建设、物业管理等三大环节入手,在借鉴外国低碳房地产发展经验的基础上,提出了符合我国国情的低碳房地产发展的相关措施。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the status of low-carbon real estate,this article makes specific analysis of the practical problems of low-carbon concept in real estate.From three aspects of real estate planning and design,development and construction,property management,the article references the foreign development experience of low-carbon real estate,and puts forward the low-carbon real estate development measures which are suitable for our national conditions. |
