猪伪狂犬病病毒和鹦鹉热衣原体分离与鉴定

摘    要:本文报道重庆某集约化种猪场爆发流产、死产胎儿中伪狂犬病病毒 (RB990 1株 )和鹦鹉热衣原体 (CR99株 )分离鉴定结果。伪狂犬病病毒RB990 1株能引起MDBK细胞典型细胞病变 ,被伪狂犬病病毒Fa株标准阳性血清中和 ,能引起家兔奇痒及死亡。鹦鹉热衣原体CR99株在鸡胚卵黄囊中生长良好 ,对青霉素敏感 ,对磺胺嘧啶不敏感 ,能引起妊娠豚鼠流产

Abstract:RB9901 strain of Pseudorabies Virus (PRV) and CR99 strain of Chlamydia Psittaci (CP) were isolated from the embryos or fetuses collected from one of pig farms in ChongQing. RB9901 PRV strain grow in MDBK with typical cytopathogenic effect (CPE),and was neutralized by the antibody against Fa strain of PRV, and, could produce typical acute disease in rabbits with classical clinical sign of pruritus and death. The CR99 CP, sensitive to penicillin, but resistant to sulfadiazine grow in embryonated chicken eggs and could result in guinea pigs abortion and death.
