论指导研究生的有效方法

在研究生培养过程中,指导教师掌握有效的指导方法至关重要。研究生若得不到正确而有效的指导,就难以成为具有创新意识、创新思维和创新能力的高层次人才。这就要求指导教师首先要有较高的科研能力和学术水平,其次还要有先进的教育理念和指导方法。就自然科学技术领域的研究生而言,指导教师应当如何对他们进行指导是一个值得思考的问题。本文从培养创新人才的角度出发,根据研究生教育的基本特点,全面考查了我国的研究生指导工作,并从学术道德、创新能力及论文写作等多方面提出了改进办法和建议,对于解决研究生的有效指导具有一定的现实意义。

SOME EFFECTIVE METHODS FOR SUPERVISING GRADUATE STUDENTS

Effective methods for supervising graduates are very important in graduate education.Without correct and effective supervision,it is impossible for a graduate to become a high-level person with creative consciousness,thought and ability.To offer effective supervision,an advisor needs to possess high research ability and academic level and good educational idea and methods.Any advisor,especially one in the field of natural science and technology,should consider how to supervise his/her graduates properly.To provide help for cultivation of creative persons,this paper examines the current graduate supervision in China,based on the essential features of graduate education.Some methods and proposals are offered to improve academic morality,creative ability and thesis writing of graduates students in universities.
