| 摘 要： | 经济欠发达非优区的旅游开发是一项难度大而且艰巨的任务,其特殊的经济背景及旅游资源赋存状况,决定了其开发与发展必然要选取一条与一般旅游区开发不同的途径。针对经济欠发达旅游资源非优区的主要特征,本文探讨了欠发达旅游资源非优区开发的可行性条件、旅游发展动力及旅游开发战略等问题,并以广东省和平县为例作了案例研究。

| Abstract: | The development of tourism in under-developed areas is a difficult and tough task. Their specific background and tourism resources make it inevitable that they should take a different road of tourism development from that of other areas. With Heping county of Guangdong province as a specimen, this paper analyzes and discusses the issues of the feasibility, the driving force and the development strategies for the under-developed areas whose conditions for tourism development are non-optimal. |
