学前教育专业师范生职业技能训练的困境与突围——基于卓越幼儿园教师培养的视角

摘    要:社会的发展亟需提升教师教育质量。随着卓越教师培养计划的实施,卓越幼儿园教师逐渐成为学前教育专业师范生培养的主要任务。在此背景下,职业技能作为教师职业素养的外在表现形式以及教师专业化发展的基础,对卓越幼儿园教师培养提出了诸多新要求,主要包括由合格走向卓越、由部分走向整体、由技术性实践走向反思性实践等。同时,学前教育专业职业技能的训练也面临着逻辑起点走向迷失、机制体制流于形式、课程教学热衷于形式、师资队伍各自为政等诸多问题。为了突破困境,应当做到:重建卓越幼儿园教师职业技能培养标准;全力保障卓越幼儿园教师培养机制运行;构建卓越幼儿园教师培养课程教学体系;建立以卓越为价值导向的师资队伍共同体。

Abstract:With the implementation of excellent teacher training plan and the urgent need to improve the quality of teacher education in social development, excellent kindergarten teacher training has gradually become the main task of preschool education majors. As the external manifestation of teachers'' professional quality and the basis of professional development, professional skills, against the background of excellent kindergarten teacher training, have been put forward with many new requirements, including from "qualification" to "excellence", from part to whole, and from technical practice to reflective practice. At the same time, the training of professional skills in preschool education is faced with multiple dilemmas, such as the loss of the logical starting point, formalistic mechanism and system, keenness on variety in curriculum teaching, and unsystematic management of teachers. In order to break through the difficulties, we should reconstruct the standards of vocational skills training for excellent kindergarten teachers, promote the operation of excellent kindergarten teacher training mechanism,construct curriculum teaching system of excellent kindergarten teacher training and build a community of excellence oriented faculty.
