摘    要:我国台湾地区新修订的"特殊教育课程纲要"强调通过课程调整,让所有特殊儿童皆能充分参与普通教育课程,接受基于需求的适性教育。通过借鉴我国台湾地区"特殊教育课程纲要"的设计及实施经验,大陆推进随班就读应加强融合教育理念宣传,共建相互尊重与接纳的融合文化氛围;加强普教与特教课程的衔接,以满足随班就读生的个别化教育需求;课程与教学应紧密结合"个别化教育计划"(IEP),以满足随班就读生的学习需求;加强全校师生及学生家长间的合作,使随班就读教学服务更加优质化;配齐硬件设备,使随班就读生学习及生活无障碍;加强教学评价的适性调整,使评价更加人性化、差异化、个别化,从而进一步提升大陆随班就读的整体教学质量。

Abstract:The newly revised special education syllabus in Taiwan emphasizes that through curriculum adjustment, all special students could fully participate in regular courses and receive adaptive education based on demand. To get experience of the special education syllabus in Taiwan and to promote special education in Mainland China, we should take the following points into consideration. The first is to widely spread the concept of inclusive education and create a climate of mutual respect and acceptance; to strengthen the integration of regular educational and special educational courses in order to meet the individualized educational needs of special students. The curriculum and teaching should be closely integrated with the IEP to meet the learning needs of the special students. Teachers and students of the school and the parents should work together so that the teaching services of the regular class could be highly qualified. We should fully equip the regular schools with accessible equipment so that special students may study and live without barriers. We should reinforce the adjustment of teaching evaluation to make the evaluation more humanistic, differentiated and individualized so as to further improve the overall teaching quality of mainstreaming in Mainland China.
