摘    要:从我国水土保持本科教育中存在的问题出发,对水土保持本科教育创新主体和客体的功能进行了综合分析。在此基础上,深入地探讨了水土保持本科教育创新体系的5个组成部分及各部分的有机联系。分析认为创新性人格培养,素质全面的大学生群体,学术与教学水平并重的教师群体及模块式课程体系建设与参与式教学过程是水土保持本科教育创新的基础和前提条件, 而多样化的科技创新活动则是其实现的必要途径和手段。最后对水土保持本科教育创新能力的建设提出了3条对策。

Abstract:Starting from the problems existing in the undergraduate education of soil and water conservation specialty in China, this article offers an integrated analysis of the functions of the subject and object in the undergraduate education innovative system and, based on it, discusses the six components of the system and their inter - relationships. Cultivation of creative personality, undergraduates with all - round - developed quality, teachers with good academic level and teaching skills, the construction of a modularized curricula system and a participation mode of teaching process are considered to be the foundation and precondition. Diversified innovation activities of science and technology are the essential approach. Finally, three counter - measures are proposed for the construction of such an education innovative system.
