| 摘 要： | 将热力学系统中熵、耗散结构理论与企业管理相结合 ,根据熵增原理 ,管理系统出现从有序到无序的演变 ,从本质上说明了企业管理的必要性。根据耗散结构理论 ,管理系统出现从无序到有序的演变 ,从本质上说明了企业应如何进行管理。

| Abstract: | The article applies the concept of entropy and the theory of dissipative structure in the thermodynamics to enterprise management. According to the principle of increasing entropy, there is an evolution from order to disorder in the management system, which shows the necessity of enterprise management from an essential aspect. In the light of the theory of dissipative structure, there is an evolution from disorder to order in the management system, which shows how to manage enterprise. |
