| 摘 要： | 对人力资本的研究一直是经济研究的热点，自上世纪70年代以来，随着舒尔茨人力资本理论的形成，对人力资本的研究全面兴起，学者们不仅从劳动要素投入的数量角度来考察人力资本，而且将目光投向了人力资本对经济、社会的作用机制研究，探讨人在推动技术进步和经济发展中的特殊作用。然而，现有的关于人力资本的理论研究均无法解释特异型人力资本对社会、经济的作用，但是这种特异型人力资本真实地存在于现代社会当中，社会对于这种类型的人力资本也有相当大的需求。就此界定了特异型人力资本，从特异型人力资本的形成机理和参与社会经济活动方式出发，以个案分析的方式测算了一个特异型人力资本的经济价值，并探讨了这种特异型人力资本的管理模式。
