| Abstract: | In this paper, the causes and characteristics of the quasi integration between the market and the firm are firstly studied. Then the process for firms to form the quasi integration from non-coordination to coordination is analyzed by the game theory. In the end, the comparison between the theoretical conclusion and the practical phenomena is conducted. |
