| 摘 要： | 运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对教育部直属的48所高校的科研效率进行了评价,根据数据分析,发现其中有27所高校的科研效率属于非DEA有效,在此基础上,探讨了高校科研效率低下的四个原因,并对科研效率非DEA有效的高校从投入和产出方面提出了改进方法与措施。

| Abstract: | Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is employed to evaluate scientific research efficiency of 48 universities directly under the Ministry of Education. The result of data analysis indicates that 27 universities fall into those with DEA inefficiency. Based on the above, reasons for low efficiency in some universities are dealt with and some specific measures to improve efficiency in some inefficient universities are put forward in respect with input and output. |
