| 摘 要： | 在文献研究的基础上,构建了企业社会资本的概念模型,认为企业社会资本是企业的网络资源、关系资源和特定的能力资源的有机集合体,并就影响各种资源形成的因素及运作机理进行了分析;认为网络资源和关系资源是企业社会资本形成的基础,它们决定企业社会资本的存量,特定的能力资源是企业社会资本发挥功效的关键。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature study,the paper sets the conception model of enterprise social capital,and it also puts forward that enterprise social capital is an organic collection of net resources,relation resources and unique capability resources.In the end,the paper analyzes the attributive factors that impact on the formation of resources and the operation mechanism system.And it is believed that net resource and relation resource are the basis of the formation of enterprise social capital.These resources determine the stock of enterprise social capital.And the unique capability resource is critical for the proper functioning of enterprise social capital. |
