Dialectical hermeneutics: The Comparison of Schleiermacher with Gadamer

The dialectical and the dialogical character of Schleiermacher's hermeneutics as well as their relationship can be explained from four aspects,they are:a stricter and a laxer practice of interpretation,the grammatical and the psychological interpretation,the hermeneutical circle,and we can understand the author better than he understands himself.So,We can compares Schleiermacher with Gadamer from the view of "der Dialektik von der Hermeneutik"(often mentions Hegel),and analyzes them with valuation,and gives the limits of each.At last we will draws such a conclusion that Schleiermacher can be regarded as a forerunner of Gadamer in the dialectical hermeneutics.He enlightens an important direction for the development of the later Western hermeneutics,which is improved further by Gadamer.
