| 摘 要： | 外商直接投资的技术溢出效应是广大发展中国家分享世界技术进步成果、追赶发达国家的重要途径。首先利用索罗余值法测算了1988-2003年间山东省的全要素生产率,然后建立回归方程测算了韩资与山东省技术进步的相关关系,得出结论认为韩资的技术溢出是山东省技术进步的重要推动力量之一,在此基础上从山东省引进韩国投资的特点与引资的方式方面分析了技术溢出效应较好的原因。

| Abstract: | Technology spillover effect of FDI is an important way for developing countries to share the world technological achievements and to catch up with developed countries. This paper first utilized Solow Residual Law to measure the Total Factor Productivity of Shandong Province from1988 to 2003, then established regression equations to examine the correlation between Korean FDI and technological progress of Shandong Province, and finally drew the conclusion that the technology spillover of FDI from Korea was an important motive force for the technological progress of Shandong Province, on the basis of which the paper probed into the reasons for the spillover from the perspective of the characteristics of FDI from Korea. |
