| Abstract: | The methodology of benefits measurement is an important issue in civil law. The major difficulty in measuring benefits lies in the fact that it is difficult to set up the standards for measurement, which is important for guaranteeing the appropriateness of a legal decision. What we must do is to continuously improve the methodology for benefits measurement in the process of implementing and interpreting the law. |
