社会工作实践中价值中立是可能的吗——析社会工作理论与实践的关系

对社会工作理论与实践关系的定位,直接关系到对社会工作学科本质的整体判断,更间接影响到社会工作的服务理念和服务方法。以实证论为代表的主流观点主张要用价值中立的客观态度去理解外在世界活动。而实际工作中,很难实现全然价值中立。价值相关性的价值介入观承认选题上的"价值相关",但仍把研究过程看作是不含价值成分的事实与事实之间的关系;强烈价值介入观则强调在社会研究中,研究者必然会自觉或不自觉地加入自己的价值判断。社会工作理论与实践的关系,并非是一个事实与事实之间的关系,它在实践中涉入了强烈的社会工作者的价值判断,而社会工作者在实务社会工作中的实践,其实是一种道德上的实践。

How to define the social work theory and practice relationships is directly related to the social work discipline's nature whole judgment,and affects social work service ideal and service methods indirectly.The mainstream viewpoint of the real diagnosis theory insists on using the value neutrality of the objective attitude to understand the external world activity.But in the practical work,it's very difficult to realize the value neutrality completely.The intervention value of relevant value admits "the value to be related" of the selected topics,however,it still considers the research processes are fact and fact relations,which don't contain the value ingredient;The intense involvement value emphasizes the researcher definitely in consciously or unconsciously circumstance will add their own value judgment in social research.The relationships between social work theory and the practice are not the fact and the fact relations,which ford into the social worker's intense value judgment in practice,and social worker's practice in the practical social work is one kind of moral practice actually.
