Reflections on on the Interaction between Constitutional Law and Folk Law |

| Abstract: | The ambivalence and conflict between constitutional law and folk law is an unavoidable phenomenon. It is of theoretical and pratical importance to present a systematic explanation of the current conditions of the interaction between constitutional law and folk law, in an attempt to find a suitable way for the construction of the rule by law in China. |
