| 摘 要： | 人力资本日益成为经济发展的主要推动力,被誉为促进经济增长和社会发展的"第一资本"。山东是农业大省,农业科技人力资本在农业经济发展具有重要作用,通过对1987-2008年山东农业经济增加值、物质资本投入和科技人力资本时间序列建立VAR模型;实证检验发现,山东农业科技人力资本对山东农业经济增长的促进作用远远超过物质资本的投入。因此,创新管理体制和加大农业科技人力资本投入是提高山东省农业经济增长的关键因素。
