Transfer of Perspective of Editors of Academic Journals of Contemporary Humanities

Studies on contemporary journal editing theory have weakened their discussions about the functions of journals themselves, their basic properties and features. This is simply because the theoretical advances of editing have given answers to these basic questions. Now, much emphasis, for journals of humanities, is being laid on such theoretical problems of importance as relevance of the editing of works of humane sciences to the latest development of such sciences against the background of globalization; theoretical construction in the course of that of culture and the editors' selective modes of thinking; the relations between the processes and activities of contemporary journal editing and academic appraisals; the connection between academic activities and those of editing in Internet age.
