摘    要:从汉代"阳儒阴法"到魏晋"礼法之治",有两个变化:其一,"法"之地位的提高。从问题的提出到外化为政治实践,再上升到理性层面的认可,其中间环节正是汉末社会批判思潮。其二,"礼"之地位的突显。即在"儒"对"法"、"名"思想的涵摄中,礼因兼具"儒"的教化性、"法"的规范性和"名"的可检验性,因此成为融汇儒、法、名三家的思想资源,汉末社会批判思潮也正是这一融汇过程的中间环节。
