| 摘 要： | 经济、科技、文化、教育的迅速发展和市场的激烈竞争,使社会处于项目林立的时代。随着我国高等教育界两大工程———“211工程”和“985工程”的持续实施,高等教育项目已成为人们关注的新课题。故而建立在现代项目管理理论的基础上,提出了高等教育项目的定义、范围、类别以及高等教育项目的特征和属性,以期对我国重大高等教育项目管理理论与方法作一初步探析。

| Abstract: | In modern society, the number of projects increases because of the rapid development of economy, science, culture, and education as well as the fierce competition on the market. Two great projects, i.e. '211 project' and '985 project', have been set up in higher education of China. Higher education projects are then given more attention and have become a new issue of great concern. The definition, category, item, feature and characteristics of higher education projects are discussed in this paper within the framework of the theory of modern project management. The paper aims at the introduction of theory and methodology concerning the management of projects of higher education in China. |
